Stacy Sugarman
Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction; it’s a life-changing moment, and I know that firsthand. After my own frustrating and impersonal experience, I became a real estate agent in 2003 to create a better way that is built on trust, care, and real connection.
For over 20 years, I’ve had the honor of helping families find more than just houses; I’ve helped them find a place they call home. My clients aren’t just clients; they’re part of our tribe. That sense of connection, service, and heart is at the center of everything I do.
As a Certified Full-Service Real Estate Professional with designations including ABR, CLP, CREN, and SRES—and a proud Five Star Award Winner and RE/MAX Hall of Fame member—I bring expertise, patience, and guidance to every step of your journey. In addition to that, I bring who I am: a strong Christian woman, a firm believer in faith-led service, and someone who truly loves helping people.
Outside of real estate, I’m usually spending time with my husband, Lee, cheering on our son, Zander—a talented musician and performer. Music is a big part of our world, and humor is my love language (expect a few laughs along the way!).

Denise Goff
As a Transaction Coordinator for Stacy, I manage the intricate details of real estate transactions, overseeing contracts and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. This behind-the-scenes role is crucial in facilitating smooth closings and providing clients with a seamless experience. My firsthand experience with the buying and selling process allows me to anticipate the needs of agents and clients alike, ensuring that every transaction proceeds efficiently and successfully.
Linda Stratton
I was born and raised in Texas, attended Texas A&M University. I am married with 2 boys. My husband and I moved to Georgia in 1986 and lived there until May 2022, when I was lucky enough to move to Eastpoint, Florida.I started my career working for a Title Company in Texas in 1982 and when I moved to Georgia, I worked for a Real Estate Closing Attorney.
Daniel G. Caserto
Dan grew up in Westchester County, New York in the town of Somers. He graduated from Binghamton University, then went on to receive his law degree from Buffalo School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Georgia. He began his legal career with the law firm of King & Spalding where he was an Associate on the tort litigation team.
Shannon Splinter
Hi, I’m Shannon – Your TLC Coordinator & Admin Extraordinaire As the TLC (Tender Love and Care) Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, I have the joy of making sure both our team and clients feel truly supported every step of the way. I believe that the little things—like a check-in phone call, a quick pop-by to a client’s home, or a warm welcome at one of our events—can make a big difference.
Zander
As the administrative assistant for Stacy Sugarman, I help manage the details that keep our business moving. I coordinate buyer sales, research market data, and make sure our clients stay informed throughout their journey. One of my key projects has been launching and managing the Homebot tool—a powerful resource that helps our clients build wealth through homeownership by tracking home value, equity, and personalized financial insights. I take pride in making sure our clients not only find the right home, but also stay empowered long after the sale. With a focus on organization, communication, and tech-forward tools, I’m here to support both our team and the people we serve every step of the way.
Tessa Malmgren
I provide creative marketing and design support to Stacy Sugarman through Your Agent Asset Marketing Firm, helping to bring her brand’s vision to life. From crafting engaging social media content to designing promotional materials and listing presentations, I ensure her messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with her goals. My focus is on creating designs that not only catch the eye but also help her connect with their clients. I’m passionate about turning ideas into beautiful, functional designs that drive results.
